The Solar Plexus Chakra
We’re going to take a look at the third chakra which is known as the Solar Plexus chakra.
Where is The Solar Plexus Chakra Located?
Situated just above the belly button, it is yellow in colour, the speed at which it vibrates & the exact colour is unique to you, everyone’s feel different.
What Is Its Purpose?
Your Solar Plexus chakra is all about your psychic self, your psychic connection to people & places. It’s about self-confidence, self-esteem & your inherent power & sense of purpose.
Chakras & Health
When this chakra is not functioning properly, you may have issues with the organs and body parts associated with the solar plexus chakra; pancreas, the adrenal system & gallbladder, digestion & it can also allow diabetes, eating disorders & blood pressure issues when not balanced. (there is some crossover between chakras where they overlap & cover the same organs).
Rebalancing The Solar Plexus Chakra
We can rebalance the chakra, however, we also need to look at the emotions & thoughts as these will send it straight back out of balance if not addressed.
There are many ways to rebalance the chakras, here’s a few options;
- Reiki
- Affirmations
- Theta healing
- Visualisation
- Meditation
- Food; eat yellow foods
- Clothing; wear yellow clothes
- Crystals
- NLP
- Yoga
Whatever way works for you when it comes to healing is fine, there is no one size fits all answer in spirituality.
