The Chakras & Their Clairs

The chakras or energy centres are integral to our health & life as well as being a conduit for psychic information.

This illustration, shows you which of the clairs (psychic senses) are linked to which chakra. If you're struggling with your clairvoyance for instance, you know which chakra to work on to clear any blocks & to strengthen that clair.

My diary is full of prompts to focus on each day to help you rewire your brain to one of gratitude & positivity. There's also an affirmation for each day.

Grounding Techniques Download

We're all unique & because of that what works for me, may not work for you, & what works for you, may not work for someone else. Because of that, I've created alternatives to my grounding exercise.

I usually use the big, old, oak tree with the thick, gnarly roots that plunge down into the earth, anchoring & grounding us, but some people tell me that doesn't resonate for them, so here's some alternatives, give them a try & see what works best for you.

Tips For Meeting & Working With Your Spirit Guides

Over the years of teaching & helping people, it became apparent to me that there was much more to meeting our guides than I realised, so I decided to put together my top tips to help you skip the long learning curve that myself & others have been through.

Discover what works for you & ignore or revist later what doesn't resonate right now. I believe as we learn & grow, the tools & techniques we use may need to be changed so I don't tend to write-off much, rather I store it for later, just in case!
