Please ensure you have read the terms & conditions before purchasing a reading or tickets to any workshops, courses or events, this is for your own protection. Should you have any queries please contact me and I will be happy to help you.

Face to Face appointments

  • All appointments should be booked in advance with Tracy.
  • Saturday appointments must be booked in advance and paid for at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received, appointments cannot be reserved, in the meantime the appointment may be taken by another person. All payments are to be made via Tracy's website using your PayPal account or by logging in as a guest to pay by debit/credit card, alternatively a card payment over the phone when booking with Tracy.
  • If a prepaid reading is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered, if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment no refunds will be given and a new appointment will need to be booked & another payment made.
  • Should you forget or miss a pre-paid appointment a refund will not be given & no alternative appointment will be given in lieu of it. You will need to book and pay for another appointment.
  • If I am unable to connect to you during a reading you will not be charged, in the event of a pre-paid appointment a full refund will be given. It is your responsibility to advise me that we are not connecting, failure to do so will be taken as your agreement that you do agree with all the information given during the appointment, no refunds after the fact will be given.
  • In the event of you making a payment where we are unable to agree on a time or date that is mutually agreeable a refund in full will be made immediately. In the event that I am out of the office, busy with appointments or commitments such as teaching or without access to the internet a full refund will be made as soon as I am able to, which would be within 24 hours unless an act of God prevents this, in which case as soon as circumstances allow the payment will be returned. Please do not open a PayPal dispute within these time frames.

Phone or Zoom Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance with Tracy.
  • If a prepaid reading is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment an alternative appointment will be offered, if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment no refunds will be given and a new appointment will need to be booked & a new payment taken.
  • No refunds will be given for any missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. You will need to book another time & date which needs to be paid for at the time of booking. Should you forget or miss a pre-paid appointment a refund will not be given & no alternative appointment will be given in lieu of it. You will need to book and pay for another appointment.
  • If I am unable to connect to you during a reading you will not be charged, in the event of a pre-paid appointment a full refund will be given. It is your responsibility to advise me that we are not connecting, failure to do so will be taken as your agreement that you do agree with all the information given during the appointment, no refunds after the fact will be given.

  • All phone readings are to a standard UK landline, it is your responsibility to call me punctually at the appointed time, any delays by you will be deducted from your call time. Any delay by me will be added to your reading time.
  • Please check your call package for costs before booking and ensure you have the bill payers consent before calling. I offer Zoom as an alternative as it is free to call computer to computer and can be used on mobile or tablet. No account is necessary but you will need to download the software which is free.
  • For Zoom calls a meeting invite will be sent to you once you have booked.
  • No webcam is needed, as long as I have your voice/audio that is sufficient.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have internet/Wi-Fi, and that your set-up works, additional time cannot be added to offset time lost to these issues and no refunds will be given unless the issue is with Zoom or my set-up.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the time difference if you are calling from outside the UK, missed appointments because of time difference calculation errors will not be refunded.
  • I am unable to record phone readings, however if you have hands free calling you can record it your end.
  • Your Zoom recording will be sent to you straight after the reading, it is your responsibility to download the recording & keep it safe, failure to do so will result in Zoom deleting the files after 7 days. No refunds will be offered as compensation.
  • In the event I am unable to conduct the reading due to illness, unforeseen circumstances etc, I am happy to rearrange your reading or offer a refund in full, this may not be immediate, depending on the nature of my reason for not being able to fulfil my reading appointment with you.

Workshops, Courses & Webinars

  • Courses, webinars & workshops must be paid in full in advance unless being offered for free or as otherwise agreed with Tracy. These events are only open to attendees who have paid in full.
  • Any cancellations within 30 days of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund, this includes illness related to Covid.
  • No refunds will be offered in the event of you cancelling, forgetting or your inability to make the workshop, or in the event of technical difficulties your end for online workshops.
  • In the event of you being unable to attend an event, and if cancellation is outside of the 30 days, a place on a future workshop may be available at no further charge, this is subject to another workshop date being scheduled & is not guaranteed.
  • Should future dates not be suitable for you no refunds will be given.
  • Should you cancel within 48 hours no refund will be available nor alternative dates offered, this includes Covid.
  • Should the event be cancelled or postponed by me an alternative day will be given and your place will be kept open for you to attend or a refund in full will be offered.
  • No refunds in the event you are asked to leave the workshop due to misconduct.
  • Webinars held on Zoom; It is best practice to 'lock' the room once the session has started, this is to ensure 'Zoom bombers' and other unauthorised attendees do not have access to the webinar, in the event of you losing connection and being locked out, no refunds will be given, this is a security measure for the benefit of all. Please ensure your internet connection is stable enough to take any webinars. In the event of there being an issue with Zoom and it's software alternatives dates will be given. A recording of the webinar can be emailed to you if a webinar is being recorded.
  • By attending a recorded workshop or course you are giving your express permission to be recorded, no editing control will be afforded to attendees.

Ticketed Events

  • At events where food is included, it is your responsibility to inform us at the time of booking of any food intolerances or allergies. No refunds or alternative foods may be offered if you fail to do so.
  • Should the event be cancelled by us a full refund will be given via PayPal or BACS within 24 hours of the event being cancelled. You may choose to attend a different date for the same event if that suits you and should other dates be scheduled.
  • Tickets to events must be paid for in full in advance unless otherwise agreed with Tracy.
  • No refunds will be offered in the event of you cancelling or your inability to make the evening, however should this event be sold out and we are able to find people for the tickets a full refund will be given via PayPal within 24 hours.
  • No refunds will be given in the event you are asked to leave the event due to misconduct.
  • If you are disabled please ensure the venue is suitable for you before buying tickets.
  • At events such as an Evening of Clairvoyance, there is no guarantee that you will receive a message during the event.

Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Coaching & Reiki Treatments

  • You are paying for the coach’s time & knowledge, not results, the results are down to you & your commitment to change. No refunds will be given if the results you wanted do not materialise, unless Tracy promises you a set outcome which you do not get.
  • A cure, solution to your issue or other result is not guaranteed, in the event of you feeling you have not received the results you would like, or expected no refunds will be offered on pre-paid sessions & payment in full is expected where payment for your session is outstanding, unless Tracy has promised certain results which did not happen.
  • In the event that I am out of the office, busy with appointments or commitments such as teaching or without access to the internet a full refund will be made as soon as I am able to, which should be within 24 hours unless an act of God prevents this, in which case as soon as circumstances allow the payment will be returned. Please do not open a PayPal dispute within these time frames.
  • Missed appointments which have been paid for will not be refunded or rescheduled unless payment is made again.
  • Coaching sessions need to be paid for when booking. If this is a block booking or intensive package, payment in full is required when booking, unless otherwise agreed with Tracy.
  • Sessions can be paid for by credit/debit cards, bank transfer for UK based clients, Tracy's online calendar or PayPal via Tracy's website.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded & no alternative date will be given. In the event of a block of sessions or an intensive package having been booked, you will lose the booked session fee, there will be no refund due or alternative session, your next session will be deducted from the fee paid as scheduled.
  • In the event of you cancelling your block bookings or intensive package before completing all sessions, no refund will be owed.
  • In the event of sickness or inability to make the scheduled session due to Tracy cancelling or rescheduling, either a refund or an alternative date, if possible, will be offered.
  • Refunds may take 24 hours to action, not including any time required by the bank or company processing the refund such as PayPal, Visa etc.
  • Any discounts applied will be applied on payment.
  • Any fees for payment plans will be added to the figure due at outset.

  • If your reading does not resonate & you believe I have not connected to you please be honest & advise me of this during your reading, it does not benefit either of us for you to be polite then after you leave be disappointed with your reading. Generally I will know if I am not connecting, it is rare but does happen for a variety of reasons & in this instance I will not charge you & the reading will be halted. Should you not make me aware during your reading that the reading does not resonate then I will assume you are happy with your reading and no refunds will be given.
  • Please make me aware of anything you are unhappy with before leaving negative feedback. With email readings I am happy to do a replacement reading.
  • Psychic readings are open to your free will & that of other people who are involved in the matter such as relationships or career situations, this means that your actions can change the outcome; psychic readings are not set in stone.
  • Mediumship readings may mean a connection with anybody who has passed whether you knew them or not such as grandparents who passed before you were born or estranged family etc, they will have a connection to you in some way & information may need to be verified with other family members or friends, this does not constitute a lack of connection.
  • There are no guarantees that the loved one you wish to hear from will be the person that I connect with. By using a photo or their first name I can raise the chances of communication with the desired person, but mediumship is not an exact art-form, if your loved cannot or will not connect to me then I cannot make them. No refunds will be given unless I am unable to connect & read for you at all.
  • Please ensure you understand the type of readings I do before booking. As my readings are a blend of all my skills the ratio of mediumship to future events changes and no guarantee is offered of how much of each skill you will receive.
