About Meditation

Meditation has gone from being associated with Indian swami's and monks, to being something everyone is doing, from celebs to kids. If you are into personal and spiritual development you will be hearing it everywhere you turn.

Meditation is something everyone can benefit from, it is easy to do and does not cost a penny! That sounds pretty easy right? Well, it does but most people I speak to seem to find meditation really hard to master, I did too so I did lots of courses, found out what I needed to do differently, then qualified as a meditation teacher so I could help people like us who just can't seem to do it.

You are probably doing more right than you realise, the problem I find is that people have expectations way beyond the reality, that they are often using the wrong meditation for the wrong purpose, it's like trying to use a fork to eat soup!

My one day workshop is designed to give you all the building blocks and then to show you how to build a strong, durable structure that is fit for purpose with those building blocks.

The workshop is heavily practical so we will work our way through all the different types of meditation to give you the experience as well as the information around meditation.

WORKSHOP INFO: The course will run from 10am to 4pm, please arrive by 9.45am for tea and coffee and to register. We will start promptly at 10am.

VENUE: I use venues in Herne Bay & Whitstable, the venue will be on the booking information (please check the location when booking).

Meditation Masterclass Series 2021

The online Masterclass will cover all the aspects above over four 90 minute classes.

We will troubleshoot your meditating so you can uncover where you may be going awry or tailor the meditation process for you so it is more effective.
